About us

Natural Pet Products UK was officially launched in November 2024, but our journey began much earlier. In January 2017, we started as "Shanzi Dogs," inspired by our beloved toy poodles, Tanzi and Shayna.​

We initially operated as an online shop, offering natural products specifically for small breed dogs. In 2018, we introduced our own brand, "Shanzi Naturals.

Recognising a local need for high-quality raw food, we expanded our product range in 2023 and rebranded as Raw Feeding Dagenham. However, this rebrand led to some confusion as our raw food offerings were primarily available locally. Many customers thought that we no longer shipped out our products. To address this, we decided to create a separate website, dedicated to nationwide delivery.

This new platform allows us to continue serving our loyal customers across the UK while also introducing a wider range of natural pet products from various brands. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive selection of high-quality, natural products to cater to the diverse needs of all dogs & cats.
